Who would want to use discounted gift cards?

Okay, so let me get this straight. You don’t trust discounted gift cards. You’d rather pay full price – a hundred bucks – for every $100 worth of shopping, dining, furniture, electronics, toys, TV’s, stereos, computers, jewelry – instead of getting that same C-note’s worth of stuff for $90, $85 or even less. With enough money left over to maybe buy lunch for two. Or another “gotta have” accessory.
